Class Description

This is a 6-week summer class series on Thursday evenings from 6:00-7:00 PM on Zoom. If you'd rather register in person or via email you are welcome to do so. If the price options listed on this form do not work for you, please contact us and we will work a more comfortable price point. Email us at chloe@perennialmovementgroup.com. Reminders and the Zoom link will be emailed out prior to the first class. Description: Join Elizabeth Sugawara for a six-week online dance class! In this class participants will build coordination, strength, and flexibility through set dance sequences, improvisation, and choreographic activities. No dance experience is necessary and classes can be taken seated or standing.
