H2O Danceworks: Columbus Choreographers Showcase

According to the Global Water Dances Columbus mission, the collective “connects and supports Columbus-based choreographers and dancers to a global community to shed light on the importance of water in our lives and to inspire action and collaboration for equitable access to safe, clean, and affordable water for everyone through the universal language of dance.”

Through artistic collaboration and storytelling, Global Water Dances Columbus works to build community and take action to celebrate and challenge issues affecting future generations while envisioning a better world for all. This showcase is programmed in conjunction with our current exhibitions, which similarly foreground artists and projects that call attention to the cultural significance of land and water.
